Shipping Policy
We carefully inspect each piece to make sure it is in perfect condition before shipping. Please inform us within 3 days upon receiving the order if your jewelry is damaged due to delivery handling or faulty.
You will receive the confirmation call before dispatching your order.
All orders will be dispatched within 3 to 5 business days after the purchase is complete as per standard shipping.
Customer care
MAY I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
HOW TO APPLY FOR EXCHANGE
To start a return, you can contact us at info@pinnaclepearl.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
